How voting works
Each visitor verifies an e-mail address and can cast up to five votes in each calendar month. You can give only one vote to the same painter in the same month. The allowance resets automatically on the first day of each new month. Your e-mail address is not displayed publicly and is stored for voting as a protected one-way hash after verification.
